BDB was great to me. They were timely in coming out and getting a quote, moving along with paperwork, communicated when there was a delay (the city being dumb with the permit), and were friendly as they came out to do the work. The price was in line with competitors which is always nice, you know it's not so cheap that you are getting crap quality, but definitely not overpriced where you are getting robbed. BDB was the third waterproofing/foundation company I met with about getting an egress window installed. From the start, they were professional, knew their stuff, and were direct and transparent with next steps and quotes. They got the job, got it done in two days time, and even sent someone back on the third day to clean off mud left over from the previous day's rain.
